With over 15 years of dedicated experience in Human Resources, I bring a wealth of expertise spanning private-sector recruitment and federal government staffing, offering a unique blend of insights from both worlds. Throughout my career, I’ve partnered with diverse hiring managers and played a pivotal role in recruiting staff for major retailers. My responsibilities have included interviewing candidates for a wide range of positions, from management roles to sales associate capacities.

As a Staffing Human Resource Specialist in the Federal Government, I specialized in reviewing resumes across clerical, administrative, scientific, technical, and medical fields. I conducted qualification determinations to ensure candidates met the specific requirements of federal positions and provided consultative services to hiring managers on strategies to secure their ideal candidates. This experience has honed my ability to understand the distinct needs of hiring managers and identify the traits and qualifications they value most.

I am a proud graduate of Spelman College, where I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. To further enhance my expertise, I pursued and earned a Master of Science in Human Resources from DePaul University, combining a strong academic foundation with hands-on experience to deliver exceptional results.
